Set up FBuddy CRM for your agency

Follow these steps after downloading the desktop app so your agency, members, creators, sessions, and roles are ready for daily work.

Before you begin

Use one account

Sign in with the FBuddy account that should own or manage the agency.

Know where to get help

If something breaks, report what you clicked, what you expected, and what happened.

Setup checklist

Work through the list in order. It keeps account access clear before your team starts handling live conversations.

    Download and open FBuddy CRM

    1. 1.1 Open the CRM downloads page.
    2. 1.2 Click the download button for your platform: Download for Mac, Download for Windows, or Download for Linux.
    3. 1.3 Install the app using the setup steps shown under your platform card.
    4. 1.4 Open FBuddy CRM from Applications, the Start menu, or your Linux app folder.

    Sign in with your FBuddy account

    1. 2.1 Click Sign in inside the desktop app.
    2. 2.2 Use the FBuddy account that owns or manages the agency.
    3. 2.3 If you do not have an account yet, create one and then return to FBuddy CRM.
    4. 2.4 After signing in, use the setup guide in the app to continue.

    Choose the agency you are setting up

    1. 3.1 In FBuddy CRM, open the agency selector in the sidebar.
    2. 3.2 Choose the agency that should use the CRM.
    3. 3.3 If there is no agency yet, open the FBuddy dashboard, click Agencies, then create or select the agency there.
    4. 3.4 Come back to FBuddy CRM and confirm the selected agency name is the one you want to configure.

    Add the first creator

    1. 4.1 In the FBuddy dashboard, open Agencies, choose your agency, then open CRM Creators.
    2. 4.2 Click Add creator and leave Platform set to Fansly.
    3. 4.3 Open Fansly as the creator account in another tab.
    4. 4.4 Go to the Fansly Management page and create a new management session.
    5. 4.5 Enable Send Messages for that management session and copy its claim link.
    6. 4.6 Paste the claim link into Fansly management session URL in FBuddy, then save the creator.

    Start the CRM trial or subscribe

    1. 5.1 Open Billing in the FBuddy dashboard.
    2. 5.2 Click View plans and choose CRM.
    3. 5.3 Choose monthly or yearly billing and the number of creators your agency needs.
    4. 5.4 Review the price and complete card or invoice checkout.
    5. 5.5 Return to FBuddy CRM after checkout and wait a moment for the plan to refresh.

    Invite and assign agency members

    1. 6.1 Open Agencies, select your agency, then open Members or Invitations.
    2. 6.2 Click Invite member, enter the person’s email, choose their role, and send the invitation.
    3. 6.3 Ask the member to accept the email invite with their own FBuddy account.
    4. 6.4 Return to CRM Creators, edit a creator, and select every member who should work on it.
    5. 6.5 If trusted admins need broader Fansly access, paste a separate claim link into Admin management session URL (optional).
    6. 6.6 Click Save creator.
    7. 6.7 Repeat this for every creator your agency will use in CRM.

    Review roles before live work

    1. 7.1 Open Agencies, choose your agency, then open Roles.
    2. 7.2 Click a role to review its permissions.
    3. 7.3 Make sure regular chatters only have the permissions they need for daily work.
    4. 7.4 Only give Admin Management Session to people who should use the higher-permission creator session.
    5. 7.5 Return to Members and confirm each member has the right role.
