Requirements
- Basic agency management lets you create an agency and add creators on any plan.
- Full agency management, including member invites and shared PRO access, requires a paid owner plan.
- Max creators are based on your PRO plan quantity (1 quantity = 2 max creators).
Requirements
- Active PRO or CRM subscription to invite members and share paid access.
Create an Agency
- Go to Agencies.
- Click Create Agency and name it.
- You become the owner. Add creators first, then invite members once the owner has a paid plan.
Invite Members
- Make sure the owner account has an active paid plan.
- Open your agency at Agencies.
- Click Invite Member and enter their email.
- They'll receive a link to accept the invitation.
Set Active Agency
On the agency page, click Set Active to work in agency context. Use Use Personal to switch back.
Manage Fansly Accounts
- Members using the extension under an active agency will add accounts here inactive by default.
- The owner can Activate or Deactivate accounts. Active accounts count toward the agency limit.
- If the limit is reached, activation is blocked until you deactivate an account or upgrade.
Deleting/Leaving
- Owners cannot leave their agency. Delete the agency or transfer ownership (if/when supported).
- Members can be removed by the owner, or leave the agency themselves.
How creators work
- You can add creators to an agency before starting a paid plan.
- Active paid creator slots come from the owner plan quantity.
- Each PRO quantity adds 2 max creators. For example: quantity 1 = 2 max creators, quantity 3 = 6 max creators.
- Only the owner's subscription and quantity count for the agency.
Start a subscription
- Open your Dashboard.
- Choose PRO (Monthly or Yearly) to open checkout.
- For invoice checkout, choose Creators. The invoice quantity updates automatically.
- Complete payment. You'll be sent back to the dashboard.
Manage or upgrade later
- From the dashboard, click Manage next to "PRO" and that should open the Stripe portal.
- In the Stripe portal, click Manage Subscription to adjust the quantity.
- Adjust the quantity to change max creators.
- You can also update payment method, cancel, or switch between monthly/yearly.
If you don't see changes right away, refresh the dashboard.
Join the Agency
- Open your email and click the invitation link.
- Sign in to FBuddy Auth and accept the invite.
- You'll see the agency under Agencies.
Set Active Agency
Open the agency page and click Set Active. Use Use Personal to switch back.
Use the Extension
- While the agency is active, using a Fansly account in the extension will add that account to the agency inactive.
- Ask the owner to activate it. Until then, agency features for that account remain blocked.
- Once active, you can use FBuddy's PRO features via the agency.
Permissions
- Members can view the agency and use activated accounts.
- Only the owner can invite/remove members and activate/deactivate accounts.
- Not seeing agency accounts? Make sure the agency is set as Active and refresh. New additions require owner activation.
- Limit reached? The owner must deactivate an account or upgrade the plan before activating more.
- Invite button disabled? The agency owner needs a paid plan before inviting members.
- Access denied while using agency: The account may be inactive, or you may not be a member. Ask the owner to check.
- Personal vs Agency mode: Use Use Personal to switch out of agency context when you want to work with your personal PRO plan and accounts.
